The Role
As a Digital & Social Marketing Team Executive, you will work closely with our Marketing Director to plan and manage all aspects of digital and social marketing campaigns to effectively promote brands and/or products. You must have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and be able to integrate digital and social marketing campaigns, as well as influencer marketing from concept to execution, launching campaigns and content on time and on budget. You will create the best customer service experience to include the fit & recommendations and product packaging to our shoppers & customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and develop engaging social media content, schedules/ calendars and pipeline, working closely with the Marketing Director and production team.
- Manage and oversee social marketing calendars and content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, in line with content ideas and campaigns for brands and products;
- Manage and plan digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns; working closely with the Marketing Director.
- Analyse competitor activity and research new digital and social media opportunities that are beneficial for the brands and businesses;
- Oversee the development and upkeep of influencer marketing and contacts.
- Work on to drive online & store sales performance.
- Engage with our customers for product launches, events, and workshops.
- Ensure good housekeeping in all areas of the store daily.
- Process incoming & outgoing stocks and assist in restocking, returns & stock taking at adhoc times.
- Create a fun, vibrant and stress-free shopping experience for our customers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications with at least 1 year of relevant experience in consumer marketing and/or communications.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in social and digital marketing and writes well. Social media savvy is a must.
- Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple projects, and execute them well.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who is able to work independently and in a team to deliver results.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Video Editing Software.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Interested in fashion and weddings.
Schedule:
5 Days’ Work (1 Weekday & Sunday Off)
