Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.
There’s a lot more work to be done with all of our exciting plans. So we’re looking to team up with people who are wildly passionate about making an impact and be part of a dynamic team, in a workplace with no corporate BS (yes, you read that right!).
The Role
As Intern within Love, Bonito International Expansion Team, you will support the growth of our International markets.
1/ Love, Bonito International website(s)
- Build weekly performance review analyzing evolution of our key metrics (Conversion rate, sales, traffic, New customers, Average Order Value etc.)
- Select assortment for key campaigns and promotions on our website(s).
- Recommend and develop local content on our website(s) following our brand marketing guidelines
- Analyze the results of all new features implemented in our International Website(s)
- Support user testing projects for new features on our International Website(s)
- Suggest business strategies to maintain market competitiveness after in-depth market analysis/research
2/ Love, Bonito International Partners
- Increase brand presence on the marketplace platforms through tactical visibilities/campaigns; generate revenue on the platform
3/ Loyalty & Email Marketing
- Create and localize EDMs for international markets to communicate and educate our customers on our offerings and brand story
Requirements
- High attention to detail, logical and analytical
- Quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine curiosity to know how things work and how to make them better
- Enjoy learning new things and pick them up quickly
- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Available for at least 6 months (Full time from Dec 2022 onwards)
