Job Description
- Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels)
- Dispatch of international orders
- Liaising with courier partners
- Stocktaking/arrangement of racks
- Attend to all customers' emails, messages on all social media platforms, and all customer service-related matters
- Require critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Able to commit to work on rotating weekend shifts
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Experience in e-commerce operations/similar is preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Singaporean or PR based in Singapore only
You will be rotated between the Operations and Customer Service departments every quarter / as needed, with Customer Service as the main focus of the attachment. This is an all-rounder role where you will be trained in both day-to-day operations and customer service.
