Lovingly Signed was born out of a desire to revolutionize the gifting market in Asia. Realizing that it was virtually impossible to get beautiful personalised baby gifts in Singapore, we decided to shake things up a bit and Lovingly Signed was born. - We’re looking for someone who loves content creation and bonus points for designing, to bring our content strategy to the next level.
- This will be a fun (and challenging) role. It's a small team, so the learning opportunities will be massive. You can expect to get very hands-on on all the social media work that we have been doing.
Build and maintain monthly social media content calendar of Lovingly Signed across multiple different social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc)
Ideate, research and develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which resonates with our target audience.
Ensure that all content created matches the positioning and voice.
Content creation across different channels, such as photoshoots, influencers' videos, graphical design works etc.
Manage our paid Influencers outreach for content direction.
Follow up actively on paid Influencer content production management and posting.
Execute copy writing based on briefs provided by brand for brand posts.
Uploading and scheduling of social media posts.
Active community management. Communicate passionately with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Track and evaluate the performance of social media and digital content published - for insights sharing with the team. From the performance of the social media content, iterate and improve on future content.
Monitor competitors’ digital marketing activities.
Technical Skills and Competencies
Proficiency with using the different social media channels, especially from an interface level.
Content creation experience (can be from your personal level).
Creative and always willing to try new things, to experiment with new ideas.
Basic video and graphic editing skills
Strong co-ordination and interpersonal skills, attentive to details
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
