- Maintain stock of supplies of chemicals, materials and equipment
- Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
- Performan visual check and complete periodic maintenance for tools and equipment
- Allocate cleaning equipment and/or technologies and supplies for periodic cleaning activities at client sites
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting on safe practices
- Perform risk assessment of workplace/equipment
- Prepare and present monthly safety checklist
- Report and update on major incidents and hazards to the management
- Review incident and emergency reports
- Manage and report incident and emergency investigations
- Perform risk assessment of workplace
- Attend monthly visit and briefing by company Safety Officer
- Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
- Facilitate effective work processes
- Perform quality assurance functions
- Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery
- Compile and analyse relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement
- Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
- Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
- Implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality enhancements/improvement
- Prepare Cleaning Performance Reports
- Assist in coordinating and liasing with relevant stakeholders at project sites
