This role will be based in our Beijing Office.
The candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of the Human Resources functions which include but not limited to recruitment and selection; payroll processing; performance management; employee relations and engagement; employee discipline; employee records and management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Studies
- Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of working experience in China
- Familiar with China employment legislation
- Strong sense of integrity and leadership qualities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work in our Beijing office
