Lucence – Operations Intern

As our operations intern, you will be involved in day-to-day operations to maintain a safe and functioning environment for the Singapore office. You will gain exposure to all the details and behind-the-scenes efforts that keep an office running smoothly. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the reception area and all deliveries, vendors and visitors that come to the office.
• Assisting the operations/lab teams in managing inventory supplies. 
• Assisting the operations team in liaising with the relevant parties (both internal and external) for troubleshooting when operational issues arise. 
• Assisting the operations team in safe management measures and business continuity planning. 

As you will mostly be based onsite, COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement to safeguard the health and safety of all personnel in the workplace.
