Job Description

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an operationally driven, adaptive and independent individual to manage our projects. Reporting to the Senior Operations Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the day to day operations of our experiences.

You’ve done some of these things

  • Had experience in retail, pop-ups and/or events

  • Managed internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including customers and vendors

  • Led school-initiated projects like CCA camps or festivals

  • Produced high-quality work under tight deadlines

  • Worked well both individually as well as part of a team

 

Things you might do at Lucid Experiences:

  • Assist in running operational aspects of an event, including planning & training of manpower, and liaising with vendors

  • Lead a team of part-timers to operate an event, including leading daily briefings, managing shift changes, and responding to emergencies

  • Determine areas of improvement to provide greater value to our customers

  • Survey, review, analyse and improve customer experience

  • Work closely with project leads to ensure that we meet project requirements and standards
