Job Description


  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices timely and accurately.
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations timely and accurately.
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are correctly recorded.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, contracts and revenue reports.
  • Assist with processing of payments as assigned.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available immediately when needed.
  • Prepare and submit daily key financial reports.
  • Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary.
  • Assist with financial accounting and preparation of financial schedules (General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets) to close the monthly accounts in a timely manner.
  • Be able to handle full set of accounts is preferred.
  • Assist with other accounting projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Excellent organizing abilities.
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
  • Independent and proactive team player with the abilities to handle tight deadlines.
