Our story began as a private hire car leasing company to address the needs of the new sharing economy led by Uber and Grab. Our core business has been leasing to ride hailing drivers and we grew our car fleet to one of the largest in Singapore in under 8 years. Part Time Admin Assistant (3-months)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Data entry
- Carry out administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
Requirements
- At least 3 days per week
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
