Lumiere32 is an online B2B e-commerce platform founded in 2016 and headquartered in Singapore. We deliver an extensive range of premium dental & medical supplies to clinics and hospitals in Singapore via our online website.
1. Primarily liaising with suppliers and clinics for the fulfillment of the orders received on the Lumiere32 Marketplace platform.
2. Effectively planning the delivery schedule on a day‐to‐day basis.
3. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems. Acknowledge customers’ e‐mails and address customer queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Support the Sales team in telecalling and follow-ups.
5. Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
6. Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. Follow up with clinics to close the sales.
7. Preparing and processing daily orders and ensuring proper handling and compiling of documents.
At the completion of the Internship, you will receive an experience certificate/recommendation letter. You will also be given the opportunity to consider a full-time role within in organization which will be subject to performance and availability.
