Job Description

Customer Service Intern (Matchmaker)

Responsibilities

You will be working alongside the Operations Team in their day-to-day duties, mainly:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients at all times 
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries 
  • Communicating with clients through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving client complaints 
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams (e.g. callbacks, sales) to address client issues
  • Provide support in the housekeeping of existing client accounts e.g. updating of details, keeping records of client interactions, comments and complaints
  • Any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements 

  • Customer success enthusiast – You are the type of individual who enjoys putting your skills to use while helping people find solutions.
  • You believe in giving our clients the best service experience that can bring success to both the clients and company, with passion in customer service that involves mainly text conversations, email handling and calls
  • Highly diligent doer, conscientious, punctual and attentive to details 
  • A professional disposition and positive attitude
  • Excellent command of both oral and written English
  • Attentive and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • Ability to commit at least 3 months - full time internship
  • Able to work on either weekend is a plus
