Lustre Jewellery – Marketing Manager / Intern

Lustre Jewellery is looking for a Marketing Manager. As per the job title, we are looking to hiring a student intern who is enthusiastic about taking on the responsibilities of a Marketing Manager. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about women's bags and accessories. Being a start up, we are able to provide many learning opportunities for the intern to mature along with the company.

Guidance and encouragement will definitely be provided every step of the way, allowing you to experience much personal growth through the duration of the internship!

Job scope:

•  This position requires a few hours of dedicated work daily.

•  Online marketing (daily social media updates and sporadic blog posts)

•  Come up with a marketing plan for at least the coming 3 months

•  Actively look for and coordinate with marketing channels (retail shops)

•  Actively look for magazines/websites/other forms of advertisers for promotion of our brand and bags

•  Actively look for partners (fashion schools, etc) to collaborate with, to raise our brand awareness

Job requirements:

•  The position is open to students studying Business, Marketing and/or Communications.

•  Ability to speak and write good English

•  Ability to work independently and follow deadlines

•  Interest in women's fashion is a must, specifically in the area of bags.

•  Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest) is required.

Skills/Knowledge preferred (If not, coaching will be provided so no worries about that!)

•  Good communication skills

•  Persuasive speaking, when speaking to magazines for write ups and when setting up collaborations. 

•  Basic knowledge of Facebook Adverts

•  Basic knowledge of Google Adwords
