We are looking for a passionate Portfolio Business Manager Assistant (Intern) for a minimum period of 6 months, eager to learn and work in a fast pace environment with high flexibility but high accountability. This position is based in Singapore, reporting the Portfolio Business Directors in charge of Luxury and Premium Fast Fashion (Bvlgari, Prada, Dolce&Gabbana, Burberry, Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Coach, Versace, Vogue, and others). Important: The incumbent will be required to be in the office as and when required by the team
As part of this position, you will be accountable for:
Business performance analysis:
- Monitor, track and build brand & portfolio performance report on a monthly basis
- Prepare Brand Review Presentation (PowerPoint) for the Corporate team
- Conduct ad hoc analysis of key business topics: pricing mapping, country performances, collections trends
- Participate in the market discussions to identify challenges & opportunities
- Assist in the development of plans with the local markets
Brand marketing support:
- Coordinate and organize marketing materials from HQ for APAC markets and assist in rolling out
- Assist in the development of plans and support in the coordination of local campaigns in terms of post-production/ gift with purchase orders/ delivery by country
Competitive and Market Intelligence:
- Collect and report relevant competitor activities to APAC and HQ
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent, preferably in business/data analytics
- Previous internship experience in marketing, digital is a plus
- For visa requirements (semester exchange students), a certified copy of your university enrolment certificate (in English)
Requirements
- Background in quantitative analysis (business analytics), business-oriented
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently under tight timelines
- Detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision and is reliable to deliver results
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; Fluent in Italian is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and is open-minded with the desire to learn and support the team
- Able to work adjust and adapt to business needs (dealing with ambiguity) along with a keen sense of curiosity
