Job Description
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Update ledgers for review by Accountant / Group Finance Manager
- Assist with facts checking and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Group Finance Manager
Application Instructions
Graduated/about to graduate in Business, Accountancy, or a related field
University/Polytechnic/ITE students are welcome (preferred credit-bearing students)
Equipped with an understanding of the basic accounting principles
Prior work experience with finance or accounts is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to read and write in Mandarin
Commitment, ability to work independently, motivated and accurate
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership
Competent in handling of MS Office applications (in particular MS Excel and MS Word)
Able to commit 3-6 months of internship
