LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics (Dior) – Retail Operations Intern

Job Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations & business development: 

• Work closely with Retail team on sales productivity analysis & tracking of Beauty Consultant team
• Create fun & engaging ways to communicate/share Best Sellers Info, Franchise/Axis/High Profile Promotion/Sales Incentive results to Beauty Consultant teams to further motivate their performance

2. Support in Inventory Management

• Prepare inventory analysis for key South East Asia account. Provide insights and ideas on how we can better improve stock turn with our sales force team.
• Assist Retail Manager/Asst Retail Manager to ensure new products and stocks replenishments are shipped in accordance to monthly shipment plan

3. Visual Merchandising Support

• Responsible for testers, counter and trade tool replenishment for stores in South East Asia
• Assist Retail team to review of Counter Visual Merchandising monthly reports sent by store to ensure that it is in accordance to brand’s guidelines
• Opportunities to participate in the planning & execution of store openings
• Attends with the entire SEA team the monthly store-walks in Changi Airport

4. Other projects

• Conduct competitor & pricing studies with insights from the eyes of a millennial

Requirements:

• University students or fresh graduates who wish to get in-depth knowledge in retail and get exposed to a leading luxury beauty Brand – the House of Dior.
• Able to start work Immediately and able to commit 6-12 months
• Good foundation in Excel and Microsoft Office due to the high frequency usage in the day-to-day role
• Enjoys data analysis, reporting and creating work processes
• Independent highly motivated fast learner.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Enjoy team work, maintain good relationship with office and field team members
