Job Description
We’re looking for an Operations Admin to focus on delivering strong and effective operations coordination support in ensuring day-to-day operations are optimized and fulfilled per standard operating procedures and service standards for short-term hirers of our short-term car rental project - LyloDrive
Responsibilities
- Support day to day operations Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, printing, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Liaise and manage short-term hirers on assigned operations issues.
- Engagement of clients for any enquiries and also contract review for both car collection and return. Inculcate safety values and importance of service quality.
- Enforce compliance to SOP(s) and instructions from Operations Control.
- Any other related duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from time to time.
