M1 Singapore Fringe Festival – Production Interns (M1 Singapore Fringe Festival 2019)

Summary of position:
Assisting Festival Production Coordinators in providing a smooth and safe experience for artists at the various venues.

Responsibilities include:  

• Organising and packing of props and equipment.
• Supporting the event via duties such as operating/crewing/set up/strike.   

We are looking for someone who:  

• Has basic experience in production and/or technical stage work.
• Is organised, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate initiative. 
• Is able to communicate effectively and has good people skills. 
• Is willing to learn, able to remain calm under pressure and maintain a pleasant attitude at all times. 

Period of commitment:

• Nov–Dec 2018: On an ad-hoc basis for preparatory work. 
• Jan 2019: Full production hours in the lead up to and during the Festival (some out-of-hours and schedule flexibility will be required).
• Early Feb 2019: Additional hours as required for post-production work.
