Internship title: Trainee Business Intern

Internship period: 3 to 6 months but flexible to discuss (must commit at least 3 months)

For full-term internship (6 months), you may need to apply for Leave of Absence(LOA) or approach your faculty for a credit bearing internship.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In charge in follow up with customers on the feedback constantly• Responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to

• prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.• To assist Business Developer in providing product strategy and solutions• Organize paper work for project• In charge of ad hoc work assigned

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

• To be able to enhance in communication skills, customer, and business focus• Learn how to interpretation and response to understand on customer needs• To participate in customer communication and business requirements• Have better understanding in the procedures pre & after sales

Requirements:

• Adaptable, proactive, tactful, and meticulous

• Team player - able to work with marketing, pre-sales, post-sales to meet business objectives

• Students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing or a related field• Students in their second, third or final year of studies with outstanding academic results

Time Period:

• Students are welcome to apply any internship periods.

• Please state your availability clearly (Start date, End date, full-time as 5 days/week)

• Able to commit for at least 12 weeks (can start all year round)
