What You’ll Do:
- Support company search efforts, identifying high-potential SMEs for acquisition
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis of target companies
- Assist in building financial models and evaluating investment opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and investment memos for internal discussions
- Work closely with the investment team on deal structuring and strategic planning
