- The HR Analyst Intern will provide data analysis on the operational tasks to support HR Process and Systems feasibility studies
- Working with various departments in Singapore, China and Hong Kong offices to obtain the data required to support the analysis
- Assist in data mining and cleaning where necessary
- Collaborate with all Managers across the organization to learn about our business and identifying area(s) for process improvement (with or without data)
- Propose metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency based on analytics studies
- Build reports and models from data gathered
- Present analysis findings to Management
Qualifications/ Skills Required:
- Undergrad Bachelor/ Master students in Business Analytics, IT or equivalent
- Analytical and have good sense with numbers
- Some experience working on data or business analysis
- Proficient in database management, MS Excel Advanced, Power BI, PowerPoint
- Proficient in English and Chinese language
- Good problem-solving and Presentation skills
- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months
- Students who can commit 2-3 days per week can also be considered
