Job Description
- The Business Analyst Intern will provide data analysis on the operational tasks to support HR Process and Systems feasibility studies
- Working with Department Heads and colleagues from various departments in Singapore, China and Hong Kong offices to obtain the data required to support the analysis
- Collaborate with all Managers across the organization to learn about our business and identifying area(s) for process improvement (with or without data)
- Recommend metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency for various departments
- Build reports and models from data gathered
- Present analysis findings and recommendation
Work Experience & Qualification
- Undergrad Bachelor/ Master students in Business Analytics, IT or equivalent
- Analytical and have good sense with numbers
- Some experience working on data or business analysis
- Proficient in database management, MS Excel Advanced, Power BI, PowerPoint
- Proficient in English and Chinese (both writing and speaking)
- Good problem-solving and Presentation skills
