Job Description
Looking to join a vibrant and cohesive team of clinic assistants and chiropractors?
Responsibilities
- Perform administration duties.
- Assisting chiropractic doctors in the clinic.
- Schedule and follow up on patients appointment.
- Attending to patient queries and incoming calls.
- Perform daily general housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and tidy.
- Handling payments.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Computer literate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
The clinic hours are as follows:
- Monday and Thursday: 9am to 8pm (Break 2pm to 4pm)
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 12pm to 8pm (Break 4pm to 5pm)
- Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 4pm (Break 12pm to 1pm)
