Job Description

We are looking for a competent Part Time Administrative and Course Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and course management tasks. You will be assisting in planning and organising our school programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.

To excellent in this job you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with the management as well as the Teaching faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks associated with students. Such as contacting teachers to firm up lessons, scheduling students, arranging extra classes etc
  • Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
  • Ensure implementation of school policies and practices
  • Manage communications through face to face talks, phone calls, texts, social media etc.
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
  • Schedule and organise meetings/events and maintain agenda
  • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (presentations, sound systems etc.)
  • Prepare paperwork and order material
  • Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
  • Support growth and program development

Requirements

  • Proven experience as admin/course coordinator or relevant position
  • Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient
