Keen to make your start in Marketing? We’re looking for our next superstar to join our Asia Pacific Marketing Team based in Singapore, reporting to our Marketing Activation Manager in Seoul, South Korea.

During this six-month internship, you can expect to gain real-life working experience in the world of B2B marketing. Learn how to make an impact on social media by not only creating content, but leveraging world-class tools and systems to maximize your performance. 

Be a part of the customer’s journey by collaborating in various marketing campaigns and programs. At the end of your internship, you should have a greater knowledge on how to nurture a potential prospect into a real customer via multiple marketing touchpoints and activities. 

Job Description

As a Marketing Intern, you will gain a deeper understanding of:

1. Social Media Content Marketing

  • Manage social media channels (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat) and the running of associated programs (i.e., social selling programs).
  • Research and develop creative ideas for customer-centric content that is engaging, insightful, and effective for social media marketing.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize post planning and performance.
  • Support various ongoing digital marketing campaigns/ promo blasts, and digital projects through stakeholder communication and marketing activations.

2. Marketing campaigns and projects

  • Have a hand in the conceptualizing, executing, and reporting of a social media marketing campaign from A to Z
  • Participate in cross-functional strategy, timing, and process discussions.
  • Assist in the management of social selling programs on LinkedIn.
  • Work with external agencies and stakeholders in the management of social media campaigns and programs.

3. Graphic design•

  • Develop and design marketing assets for social media that communicates the brand in a creative way, from supporting full-on campaigns from start-to-finish or unique one-off properties such as social media posts. 
  • Partner with regional design team and internal stakeholders to maintain a cohesive brand experience across all social media channel and materials.

4. Administrative report and supporting tasks

  • Take the lead in the monthly reporting for social media performance and metrics, ensuring content is up to date.
  • Assist the regional team in various continuous improvement projects.


Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Management, Graphic Design, or any related fields. Fresh graduates or final year undergraduates are welcome to apply
  • Display a great level of organization skills, with a strong willingness to learn and attention to details; able to work quickly in a demanding environment and highly adaptable to change.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively across functions and teams.
  • Equipped with a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). 
  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, and/ or video editing is a big plus
  • Prior experience in developing and executing social media content is a plus.
  • Full-time commitment preferred (minimum 40 hours/ week)
