Epicure is a monthly gourmet and lifestyle magazine designed for bon vivants who share the belief that food is the ultimate universal language. We are on an enthusiastic quest to seek out the latest dining trends, sniff out remarkable wine vintages and uncover the dynamics and intricacies of the local and international culinary scene.
We profile celebrity chefs and winemakers, showcase exclusive recipes for entertaining as well as highlight the latest destinations for well-travelled foodies. These insightful articles are complemented with lush, captivating photos to stimulate the senses.
As an editorial intern, you will pen news snippets, interview chefs, assist in the magazine’s monthly production and stretch your gustatory stamina.
We are looking for:
•a minimum commitment of six months (starting Feb 2017)
•an outgoing personality with a passion for all things culinaire
•a budding wordsmith with a flair for writing
•a highly independent and responsible individual who is able to work with minimal supervision.
•a great working attitude and the ability to multi-task
You should have a diploma/degree in any discipline and a one-year working experience as a journalist, web writer or in a related field. Fresh graduates with good writing skills, prior editorial internship experience and/or a strong interest in food/lifestyle are welcome to apply. Proficiency in social media skills will be an advantage.
