Magistan Media – Project Management Intern (Media & Marketing)

We are looking for a

Project and Admin Manager (intern / short-term)

You will be appreciative of a self-starter environment, where you are asked to bring in your own thoughts and initiative to develop create marketing ideas and be essential to implementing them. You will be working in a dynamic and innovative environment, supporting the development of a new global project combining the world of media, video and contemporary art. 

- Business research and structuring of findings
- Preparation of project presentations for key stakeholders
- Editorial research in the field of contemporary art
- Preparation of engaging social media posts
- Development of marketing plans
- Various support and admin tasks

Who we are looking for:

- Business school graduates or students in final year
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Pro-active, with "do" attitude
- Creative head with marketing thinking
- Strong interest in video, social media, contemporary art
- Desire to learn and achieve
- Local or foreigner (we don't offer support to obtain work permit)

Other key requirements for this role are:

- an understanding how to create engaging social media content
- experience with key social media management tools and good knowledge of the various social media platforms
- knowledge about the key stakeholders of the contemporary art sector in SE Asia (artists, galleries, museums, public institutions)
- strong level of English (written and spoken)
