 We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for the legal field. As a Litigation Paralegal at Mahmood Gaznavi Chambers LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation and case management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for case preparation.
• Coordinate and manage case files, including organizing documents, exhibits, and evidence.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
• Assist in trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits and witness binders.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with court procedures and e-filing systems.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
