We are looking for an organised Business Operation Manager to operate the B2C and B2B business with achieving sales target. Your responsibilities include making emotional connection between the brand and the customer with executing the clear brand concept, visual merchandising and excellent customer experience in stores in collaboration with sales team, maintaining passionate sales team and good relationship with retailers. You will represent our company's brand and drives strategies to increase brand awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
To be a successful Business Operation Manager, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Basically, everyone - if not most people, should be fond of you. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales, customer service and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Understand monthly, annual sales target and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Understand brand concept and communicate it to the customer with inspirational visual merchandising and excellent customer service.
- Research and develop the appropriate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to retain regular customers.
- Research and suggest the attractive sales promotion.
- Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales teams to meet sales and human resource objectives. Every member of the team should be as good as you are.
- Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.
- Communicate customer feedback to sales team concerning policies and/or product requests, problems and suggestions.
- Maintain relationships with important retailers and B2B customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Manage accurate sales input which tallies with department stores’ record.
- Manage accurate and optimal inventory per location ( stores and warehouse )
- Gather, investigate, and summarise market data and trends to draft reports with meaningful insights.
Requirements
Compulsory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail operation or sales manager in consumer goods retail industry.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in POS, CRM, Inventory management system.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in MS office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You have a knack for making most people like you.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure - and not crack while you're at it.
- Kind English speaking and writing.
