Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Training.
Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
Use company reports to analyses sales, gross profit activity.
Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive promotions and products.
Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.

• Posses strong verbal and communication skills
• Have good administrative and organisational skills
• Be interested in working with people and should be a team player
• Able to act in a confidential manner and must be sensitive to others’ need
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
