• Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Training.
•    Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints  and   company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
• Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
• Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
• Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.
•Use company reports to analyses sales, gross profit activity.
• Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
• Report market activity to management by monitoring and analysing competitive promotions and products.
• Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
• Posses strong verbal and communication skills.
• Have good administrative and organisational skills.
• Be interested in working with people and should be a team player.
• Able to act in a confidential manner and must be sensitive to others’ need.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
