Job Description
  • Handle day to day phone calls and email professionally.
  • Maintain smooth daily operations including opening and closing the store, as well as liaising with the logistic to manage store inventory.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the store and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Support all selling activities including merchandising and promotion.
  • Deliver gracious and informed customer service and experience, including addressing customers’ enquiries to assist them in their purchasing experience.
  • Maintain a high level of hospitality and continually look for ways to improve customers’ experience.
  • Provide general administrative & accounts support.
  • General Accounting function & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Prepare, sort and file business correspondence and documents.
