Prepare and pack products for orders, ensure accurate and efficient customer order fulfilment process
Respond to customers inquiries and feedback/ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Conduct stock take
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum O Level/ Nitec/ Diploma in any field
Minimum 3 months commitment
Experience in customer service preferred
Experience in managing ecommerce marketplaces (eg. Lazada, Shopee) preferred
Customer-oriented and attention to detail
Responsible and work efficiently
Computer literate
Able to read and speak fluent English
Physically fit to carry goods (up to 10kg)
Work in air conditioned environment
Singaporean and PR only
Good to have but not essential:
Knowledge and interest in electronic components (eg. Arduino, Raspberry Pi)
Knowledge and interest in 3D printing
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Note: Opportunity to convert to full time is available after internship ends!
