Job Description
Job Scope / Project details:
Support in laser-based metal Additive Manufacturing application and technology development projects
- Support in Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM), 3D printing, process development, and equipment maintenance
- Post-processing of AM parts such as powder removal, support structure removal, wire-cutting, sand blasting, etc.
- Metallurgical analysis including sample preparation, measurements and material characterization
- Documentation of relevant technical data, development of SOP and best practices
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing/enrolled Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Engineering and related fields.
- Available for 5 days per week, ideally can do 5 to 6 months or more
- Good team player, interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn
