Malloys – Business Development Manager

We are looking for Business Development Manager to support purchase/trading of ferrous & non-ferrous metals . Candidate should be able:

• Identifying business leads;
• Negotiating business deals terms and conditions;
• Maintaining working relationships with existing and new clients/customers
• Applying quality assurance program requirements; 
• Organize and supervise shipments, quantity/quality claims;
• Ensure proper shipping/commercial/insurance documentations.
• Willingness and ability to work on own initiative as and when required;
• A high level of initiative, proactivity, and self-motivation;
• The ability to work under pressure;
• The ability to learn new skills quickly;
• The ability to handle confidential information;
• The ability to deal effectively with clients, suppliers and the general public;
• The ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating the correct course of action to be taken when dealing with clients, suppliers and the general public.

The Candidate preferably should have a Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least five years of experience in Sales/Export/Import/Trading. Experience in trading/logistics/shipping/warehousing.

Knowledge of Russian language is an added advantage
