Job Description

Hey there! Ready to work in a start-up environment for the Singapore entity of our International Group? Yes? Awesome! Now, let’s get down to business! These are the missions you will be entrusted with as a Design & Innovation Research Intern

  • Conduct market research and analysis to define key projects for innovation leverage;
  • Assist in identifying potential companies;
  • Work closely with Design Thinking Practice Manager in building start-up incubation programs and screening of start-ups;
  • Conceptualize promotional events and identify key events / exhibitions;
  • Website creation and content ideation;
  • Manage public relations and community content;
  • Support the team in creation of pitch decks


Below are the Skills & Requirements:

(Must have)

  • Studying (or have graduated from) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or design-research related courses. Other disciplines are welcome to apply;
  • Excellent written and communication skills;
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills;
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft;
  • 6-months internship (full-time preferred; part-time is welcome to apply)

(Good to have)

  • Experience in website development is a plus;
  • Experience with UX/UI design is a plus


*Part-time interns are welcome to apply, but must be able to commit at least 2 full working days per week, for 6 months. It is possible to extend the internship thereafter.
