Job Description

Customer Engagement and Product Recommendation:

• Do you have a knack for making our customers smile? Engage with our awesome customers to understand their preferences and upsell our irresistible world of MrBeast Feastables Chocolates. Create an UNFORGETTABLE experiences that keep our customers coming back for more!

Merchandising Duties and Inventory Management:

• Love making products look fantastic? Take charge of the Visual Apparel of the MrBeast FeastablesChocolate Booth! From eye-catching displays to ensuring that every product is perfectly placed, your creativity will shine through. A huge plus point if you have a keen eye to monitor the inventory level in our booth and can collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure that the booth is always fully stocked up with our delicious MrBeast Feastables Chocolates.

Handling Cash Transaction:

• Ensure the accurate handling of Cash Transactions and demonstrate quick mental math skills for efficient change counting.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with 1 year or more experience in Retail Sales.
• Communicate effectively in English to attend to Customer Needs.
• Fluent in a second language is an additional advantage.
• Great team player with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Available for Rotational Shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and reliability.
• Able to work 6 days a week and onsite at our Jewel Booth.

Expected Remuneration:

We offer competitive remuneration with a Basic Salary with Tiered Commissions.

The sky is the limit! Your commissions will increase with higher sales and reaching higher tiers.
