Job Description

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for incoming and outgoing colleagues. This includes but not limited to; preparation of Letter of Appointment/Acceptance of Resignation, onboarding/offboarding documents, enrolment for insurance, time and attendance system, etc.
  • Running ad-hoc and monthly reports from the systems for various stakeholders and maintaining data accuracy in the systems.
  • Manage job postings on various job portals for full-time and part-time positions.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Streamline and strengthen communication across various HR functions to drive employee engagement. This includes refreshing of PowerPoint and collaterals used for communication purposes
  • Organise and execute Workplace health, wellness, colleagues’ engagement activities.
  • Contribute towards and participate in other HR activities and programs.
  • Ensure proper and timely maintenance of colleagues’ facilities such as colleagues’ cafeteria, locker room, resting bay, gym, and notice boards.
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned by your supervisor.
