MANN+HUMMEL – eCommerce Intern

The Purar team, as one of the first B2C eCommerce platforms for the MANN+HUMMEL group, empowers people to breathe cleaner and healthier air by creating stylish face masks of the highest quality. As a unique startup, we are like a team within a large corporation, we execute our own business with the support from the group. We are looking for an intern for our B2C eCommerce business. This is a great opportunity to help support the eCommerce business development and shape the future of Purar in the digital world.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support the day-to-day activities on the eCommerce channels and its overall performance to achieve improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and building brand awareness

2. Identify areas of opportunity for website / online shop optimization including A/B testing, email collection, and eCommerce sales performance 

3. Assistwithcontentcreationthroughcopywriting, blogging,and social media posts 

4. Be involved in managing image or video assets for products and marketing 

5. Participate in market research efforts and competitive analysis 

6. Aid in the execution of marketing strategies and objectives, through channels such as paid Ads, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, email marketing, influencer&Media 

7. Setup campaign tracking and build reports on results of digital marketing campaigns across the web, email, paid Ads, social media and other channels 

8. Provide customer service support through email and online chat channels n Other related eCommerce duties as assigned

Requirements 

- Undergraduate or recent graduate with bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, communication, web design or business-related field 

- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize as needed 

- Can-do attitude, eager to learn, dynamic and proactive, like to work in a fast-growing environment 

- Strong written and oral English communication skills n Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite n Shopify, Google Analytics and / or Adobe Create Suite experience is a plus 

- ProficiencyinMandarinisaplusinordertocommunicatewithmandarinspeakingstakeholdersintheregion
