Position: Part-time Administrative Assistant (Assistant to financial advisor)
Job Duties: Work alongside existing assistant with routine admin work including paperwork, document handling, spreadsheet management
Skills needed: Microsoft Office, and more importantly time management, attention to detail, willingness to learn
Work days: 3 days/week, minimum 4.5 hour/ day (either morning or afternoon shift)(flexible for students who are not sure about timetables for the new semester)
Work arrangement: 2 days WFH, 1 day in office per week
Office Location: 8 Cross Street, Manulife Tower (Telok Ayer MRT)
Profile: University/ Part-time University students (undergrad), those awaiting admission into university welcome
Training: Training will be provided
Pay: $9 per hour
Minimum commitment: 6 months
