Job Description

We are looking for a Management Trainee (Cook / Chef) to join us at our Singapore outlets at:

- 313 Somerset
- VivoCity
- Suntec City
- JEM

Responsibilities:

- Gaining knowledge on Basic Induction Plan and 4-MUST of the Company (Safety & Health Protection, HACCP, Equipment & Utensils, as well as Guest Contact).
- Rotating around food counters, including:
- Rosti
- Pizza and Pasta
- Salad
- Grill and Rotisserie
- Seafood
- Great communication between internal departments and external customers.
- Managing sales targets, including setting and monitoring of sales targets.
- Up-keeping and maintaining the food quality in the counters.
- Conducting training sessions in the counters.
- Managing inventories of the outlets, ensuring adequate stock level and sizing.
- Other duties given by the Department Manager.

Requirements:

- Degree in any field.
- Guest oriented and service focus.
- At least a year of kitchen experiences would be preferred.
