Join the vibrant Culture – ArtScience Museum, Entertainment and Attractions marketing team at Marina Bay Sands, where you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across our iconic attractions, including the ArtScience Museum, Sands Theatre, SkyPark, Sampan Rides, and Digital Light Canvas.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a diverse and exciting portfolio, leveraging brand storytelling to drive audience engagement, visitation and cultivate a deeper appreciation of the arts.

The World of Studio Ghibli: Singapore’s first-ever Ghibli exhibition held at the ArtScience Museum
Where Art Takes Shape: A Marina Bay Sands arts festival anchored by ART SG, the region’s leading art fair
Wicked: The theatrical production counterpart to the movie phenomenon will take place at the Sands Theatres
Support Cultural Programs: Assist in the planning, coordination, and marketing of cultural events and programs across our portfolio, including exhibitions, performances, and interactive experiences.
Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on cultural trends, visitor demographics, and industry best practices to inform our strategies and enhance our offerings.
Content Creation: Contribute to the development of engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and other communication channels to promote our cultural attractions.
Operational Support: Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our attractions and events.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and across departments to foster strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
Innovation and Initiative: Bring fresh ideas and proactive solutions to enhance the content propositions and engage our target audiences.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Arts, Cultural Studies, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience
No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
Passion for Culture: Demonstrated interest in the arts, culture, and lifestyle sectors, with a keen understanding of the cultural landscape.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
Initiative and Creativity: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative solutions to challenges.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
