Scope of work

·      - Assist the director in market research to select countries for global expansion

·      - Plan, present and if necessary, implement steps to setup offices overseas

·      - Liaising with local & overseas vendors, government institutions and partners (eg. IE Singapore) to execute expansion plans

·      - Assist Director in Manpower Planning & present recommendations for hiring for the next 12 months

·      - Assist Director in the establishment & implementation of a referral/affiliate program

·      - Research and determine the various factors affecting conversation rates of websites & consolidate a weighted checklist to define internal quality standards

·      - Propose recommendations for structuring a well defined partnership program structure for recruiting, nurturing and retention of on-demand talent

·      - Assist the director in developing career progression plans for all departments within the company

Requirements

·      Currently studying for a business degree, or

·      Have a diploma related to business
