- Develop and craft STEM-focused training programs that align with Mathematics and Science topics, tailored for primary and secondary school students within the markets served by Marshall Cavendish Education. These programs immerse students in AI-related concepts and hands-on coding experiences utilizing tools such as Micro:bit, Minecraft, and Python.
- Create comprehensive educational materials for STEM training sessions, ensuring alignment with Mathematics and Science topics, to bolster the Applied Learning Programme (ALP) team.
- Lead the execution of STEM training sessions that align with Mathematics and Science topics, whether conducted online or in person, for educators and students located within Marshall Cavendish Education's target markets. These sessions will receive support from a Master Trainer.
- Conduct post-training assessments and generate detailed reports to facilitate program reviews and to pinpoint areas for future improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a strong grasp of Mathematics and Science topics and a fundamental understanding of electronic hardware, with specific expertise in devices like Microbit.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic coding using languages such as Scratch, Python, JavaScript, and exhibit familiarity with platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi, aligning these skills with Mathematics and Science topics or concepts.
- Showcase a high level of competence in utilizing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Exhibit a positive mindset, self-motivation, a proactive approach, and strong problem-solving skills
