Job Description

JobSummary

As a Digital Sales Assistant, you will support the Digital Sales Team in managing pre-, New-, and Post-Sales accounts, following up on product queries, and conducting product sharing/walkthroughs.

What would you be doing?

  • Product Development Oversight: Oversee the product development timeline, ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones to deliver high-quality products within established timeframes.

  • Product Readiness: Ensure product readiness by coordinating various elements such as documentation, training materials, and support structures, contributing to successful product launches.

  • Account Management: Issue and monitor trial/demo/live accounts provided to users, ensuring seamless user experience and engagement.

  • Communication Liaison: Act as a key information channel between Partners and MCE country sales, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

  • Sales Support and Presentation: Provide support in presenting digital products to potential leads, showcasing their features and benefits to drive engagement and conversion.

  • EdTech Solutions Exposure: Stay updated on the latest EdTech solutions, fostering a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies that can enhance product offerings.

  • Vendor and Partner Evaluation: Evaluate vendors and partners to ensure strategic alignment, reliability, and quality in collaboration, contributing to the overall success of projects.

  • Contract and Agreement Preparation: Prepare contracts and agreements, ensuring legal and procedural compliance in all business transactions and partnerships.
