Martiangear Pte Ltd – Internship – Sales and Business Development

You will:

• Provide excellent sales and customer services to all walk-in customers
• Provide relevant product recommendations and information to customers
• Build strong rapport with customers to ensure a positive retail experience
• Maintenance and upkeep of showroom appearance
• Brand development in terms of sales, advertising, and promotions
• Ability to work Tuesday to Friday 12:00~8:00pm and Saturday to Sunday 12:00~6:00pm
• Earn a base salary of 900 SGD + a very rewarding commission and freebies (gaming chairs etc.) based on your sales quota attainment 

You will also: 

• Work directly with Martiangear founders who are experienced veterans from top-tier Silicon-Valley companies 
• You will get trained on value-based selling used by Silicon Valley-based tech companies 
• Be immersed in the early days of a start-up life and experience exciting moments like a product launch, international expansion, fundraising, etc. 
• Drive high-priority initiatives that will shape the growth of the organization 
• Run growth experiments and ideate effective marketing acquisition strategies (offline and online) 

What we are looking for: 

• Retail experience is not necessary but an advantage 
• Enthusiastic personality and passion for excellent customer service
• Ability to cope with pressure and be self-motivated 
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Fast learner with a passion for gaming and new technology 
• A good understanding of the competitive landscape is a plus
