The role

We are hiring a global ecosystem generalist who will work on all things regarding the Mask ecosystem, including but not limited to marketing, business development, community building, and research.

You will join a young and creative team that is super driven for crypto mass adoption and has been building for crypto mass adoption since 2018. We are looking for quick learners who have keen interest in the Web3 Metaverse and broad knowledge, while possessing rich experiences in multi-media content creation.

What you will do

• You will be a fast learner who is able to climb a steep learning curve.

• You will focus on working with the team on a variety of different categories of tasks, acquiring expertise in each one through in-depth research.

• You will be punctual and adhere to best efforts practices.

• You will design and produce captivating content for content marketing, campaigns and business development.

• You will bring a data-driven approach to content marketing, thinking up cool marketing campaign ideas and executing it with the team.

• You will develop relationships with subject matter experts both internally and externally, and will leverage them as needed to execute on your deliverables.

• You will manage relationships with ecosystem projects and teams and help them connect to potential partners, etc.

• You will build online communities and media matrix from the ground up.

What you bring

• You will have 2+ years experience in a multimedia content marketing role, with direct hands-on responsibility with a variety of content deliverables. Your experience in internet and crypto companies is a plus.

• You have demonstrated the ability to develop viral marketing campaign ideas and execute it effectively.

• You have experience building and leading teams in a startup environment.

• You have a creative eye with experience in developing and evolving content and brand strategies.

• You are an effective communicator, in writing and conversation, and can convey details with clarity and coherence. 

• You are always on the lookout for synergies both in and outside of the Mask ecosystem.

• You are an eager learner for new topics and flexible in a rapidly evolving company and space. You are excited about building new things.

Bonus if

• You are a believer of crypto and have deeply ingratiated yourself in the crypto space.

• Have 1+ year of experience in marketing, investing, community management or growth, preferably in a leadership role.

• Have a strong desire to perform and highly motivated to build in Web3.
