It allows employers to search profiles of caregiver that suits that family needs and hire them without paying expensive placement fee.

Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for advertising and promotional activities to create brand awareness and increase client engagement.

Digital Media
• Web content management
• Post timely and relevant updates of content (eg news, press releases, videos on websites)
• Design and manage digital media campaigns to achieve business goals

Marketing
• Grow digital database via email marketing, online marketing tools, etc.
• Increase web traffic through SEO, social media, posting attractive content, etc.

Others
• Check web-stats, monitor ROI and KPIs and translate data into useful information in web traffic report
• Suggest and implement marketing methods to increase traffic
• Coordinate and implement digital projects with responsibilities that include email program management, social media scheduling, Facebook advertising, microsite development, etc

Those with advance knowledge of the following will have an added bonus
• WordPress, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
• Digital Analytic including Insight Analytics& Reporting, Google Analytic, Adwords, SEO, and proprietary reporting tools

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
