Role Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day general administration duties and support to the Account department.
2. Checking and downloading sales data from the Portal for billing.
3. Processing transactions, issuing invoices, and general accounting.
4. Perform data entry & updating of records.
5. Manage office operations, including coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
6. Perform ad hor and backup for the Logistics & Purchasing dept when required.
7. Other scope of work assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Min. GCE “N” level, Nitec, or equivalent experience.
2. Able to start work at short notice.
3. Min 1-year experience or fresh graduates are welcome.
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
5. Good attitude, meticulous & able to work independently
