Mazars LLP – Human Resource Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment efforts, including campus and internship recruitment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates, including administering of technical and personality tests.
• Perform first level of screening of candidates' CV to identify suitable candidates to fill job vacancies.
• Post and housekeep job advertisements on job boards.
• Assist in gathering market salary information and perform salary benchmarking exercise.
• Prepare and send rejection emails to candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation programme for new employees.
• Updating of HR database by inputting new employee employment details.
• Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist in the planning of HR activities and events, including drafting of internal announcement

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Degree in Bachelor of Human Resource
• Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-pace environment
• Detail oriented and meticulous
• Good time management skills
• Good communication and written communication skills
